a hard-wearing thick merino wool sock : excellent for work or recreation. this sock has a resilient pure wool terry-knitted cushion sole inside, as wool is the best fibre for padding as it will not lie down + die like synthetic fibres do. no tight elastic top.
note also that the multi-coloured socks have a slightly longer leg than the plain coloured socks.
